ORIGINAL PAINTING: 'The Truth Shall Set You Free' Fine Art Painting

'The Truth Shall Set You Free' is a framed and ready-to-hang, small (11x14) painting by the artist Ellie.

The Truth Shall Set You Free explores the courage required to choose vulnerability over uncertainty. The familiar ritual of plucking petals, “loves me, loves me not,” becomes a symbol for the emotional limbo created when truth is feared. Rounded forms, earthy color and the figure’s sculptural weight recall the quiet monumentality of Diego Rivera, while the enclosing flowers create a private, contemplative world. At its heart, the painting offers a simple promise: truth may not give us what we hoped for, but it gives us freedom.
